A solution to emotional eating....
I came across this wonderful book on my Kindle recently after I had a pity party and binged on cinnamon raisin English muffins. The Book of Big Change is a compassionate way to look at your habits and allows you not to become attached or assign meaning or shame to the unhealthy behavior.
This book can be used for any unhealthy habit! Not just food! It is a must read!!! I really enjoyed how the author, Amy Johnson dives into the spiritual and scientific aspects of the human brain. Amy was very personal with her own journey as well. The book isn't super long and is easy to read.
