1 gallon of water challenge

90% of the time you will catch me a gallon of Eldorado water. People always comment on the water, "do you drink all of that???"

Sometimes I do. And sometimes I don't. Its been really helpful always having water around. On the days I don't I always seem to overeat and feel so so dehydrated. Statistically Americans drinks around 4 glasses of water a day that is half of the recommended amount of water. If you need more incentive drinking more water can increase energy, promotes weight loss, and boost your immune system.

Here's my challenge......carry one gallon of water around with you for 7 days. You don't have to drink the whole gallon.

Day 1: Notice how much water you drink on the first day and mark it with a sharpie at the end of the day.

Day 2 :Drink just one inch lower than what you drank the first time. 


At the end of the day mark the bottle with a sharpie

.....Keep going for 4 more days!

If you don't drink a whole gallon no worries! Just try to do better than the previous day!

At the end of the week notice how you feel ;)
