I love listening to podcasts. I probably listen to podcasts about 6 times a week so as you can imagine I listen to a lot of different shows. I recently discovered School of Greatness with Lewis Howes. Although this podcast is not typically centered around health and wellness I did find this AMAZING episode with Dr.Hyman: Heal Your Body with Food.
With so much information on the internet these days the food conversation has become overwhelming. I have a hard time keeping up with the new diet trends....Keto, intermittent fasting, Paleo....AH! Are any of these a good fit for me??
I loved this episode because although I can be "woo-woo" in some aspects of my life I very much appreciate the balance of science too. Dr.Hyman's interview fascinating perspective and background was a refreshing breath of fresh air in a sea of dogma diets. Who knew that the food that we take in is so important, not only for our bodies but also for the world! There is a lot that you can take away from this podcast episode!
And who doesn't love the title to his latest and greatest book. I am so excited to read his new book!
